ECT & M1 Teacher Pay

M6 Teacher Salary After Tax

The top of the main pay scale, M6 (£45,352), is a common milestone. At this level, you may cross into higher pension contribution bands, which can slightly reduce your net monthly increase compared to gross salary gains.
